Divergent Advisors will cover the room, tax, and resort fee at the Lodge at Deadwood for 2 nights from February 3-5, 2025.

For those of you who may be interested in extending your stay on your own outside of our program dates (February 3-5, 2025), please contact a member of our Events Team at events@divergentadvisors.com for rates and availability.

Lodge check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

​

Upon check-in, you will need to present a major credit card for any incidentals that you may charge to your room during your stay.

What is your room type preference? Please keep in mind, your preference is based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

RAP is located about 1 hour from the Lodge at Deadwood depending on the time of day, weather conditions, and traffic. Please keep in mind that the lodge check-in is at 4:00 PM. Rooms may be available prior to check-in but it is not guaranteed.

To ensure that you do not miss any of our planned events, please be sure to check-in at the Lodge at Deadwood by 4:30 PM. Our transportation to our Welcome Reception on Main Street will depart from the lobby promptly at 5:00 PM.

Flights and Ground Transportation

You are responsible for booking your own flights for this event. ​For the most direct route, please book your flights to and from Rapid City Regional Airport (RAP).

 

Getting to the Lodge: The Lodge at Deadwood offers complimentary ground transportation, but you must contact them with your flight information to coordinate. Alternatively, you can rent a car at your own expense, and free self-parking is available at the Lodge.

 

Note: Uber and Lyft are only allowed to operate with rides originating from Rapid City (and not always readily available). We strongly recommend either coordinating your ground transportation with the Lodge or getting your own rental car.
